SST has launched a centralized communication channel to streamline agent inquiries and improve response efficiency.


All agent-related requests, including onboarding support and general inquiries, should now be directed to agent@simplypaymentsgroup.com.


This update allows SST to manage the increasing volume of requests while maintaining structured and timely communication across all partners.


Existing merchants will continue to receive support through their dedicated Slack channels.
